Recommend to look at other properties in Playacar. Multimillion dollar project with "world class amenities". Main pool broken for four weeks, countertops stained, air conditioning doesn't work properly, interior doors falling apart, buildings falling apart after only a year, and management has no idea what they're doing. The property looks great from the outside, however, look below the surface and it's a disaster.

Beautiful Condominiums, 2 very nice pool 1with a nice kid area and is pet friendly. Very clean ground and great 24/7 security. A good mix of permanent residents and rentals. Great investment potential.

Beautiful condo! I have apartments for rent, and the truth is that the experience is very pleasant, from the administration staff to after-sales service. The rentals on Airbnb are continuous, and I have never had complaints from guests, on the contrary I always get very good comments about The Leaf.

Very good proposal for investing or vacationing. The architecture of the complex is top-notch and its location is privileged. Ideal for people of any age!

I really liked the idea of the confrontation

After more than two years of anticipation, our family was excited to take possession of our unit at The Leaf in Playacar. Unfortunately, the final product delivered has been deeply disappointing from and falls short of the standards promised—especially given the premium pricing and branding of the development as a luxury resort-style property. Since delivery, we have encountered numerous quality issues, including but not limited to: * Poor quality materials and finishes throughout * Chipped and uneven tile installation with improper grouting * Countertops made of composite materials, not granite as stated in the contract, stained beyond repair * Showers with improper drainage and poorly placed fixtures * Lack of proper exhaust for the dryer * Significant noise issues due to poor soundproofing * Ongoing problems with the AC system * Absence of bathrooms in common areas/pools * No connected walking or running paths to outdoor amenities Multiple repair visits have been required already but with poor follow-ups from post delivery manager Adriana Ducoing and the list of issues continues to grow. In many cases, resolving these problems would require full demolition and reinstallation of key finishes to meet the level of quality originally promised from ACCIONA & PROMOTORA VEREDA. While the property itself has potential and appears luxurious at a glance, the actual experience has not lived up to expectations NOR what was shown in the renders. We are disappointed that what was marketed and sold as a high-end development has delivered such subpar results. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to address these concerns for current and future owners.

The place is nice, but I don't know who thought it was a good idea to turn on the leaf blower very early, sometimes around 7:30 am. So if you want to come rest, it depends on which unit you get, maybe you'll have to wake up at that hour because of the noise it makes, and besides it's every single day without fail

I was really impressed by the overall atmosphere of the project. We went to explore the possibility of investing with them, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the condo offers so many great benefits-its prime location, abundant green spaces, and multiple pools are just a few highlights. What really stood out to us, though, is that they also assist you with decorating your apartment, which is a huge plus!

We traveled from Hidalgo to get to know The Leaf and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the reception, the guides were friendly and answered all our questions. The development stands out for its finishes and we were impressed by the green areas that make it feel fresh and a relaxing atmosphere. Something that we would also like to highlight is the location within Playacar, it is undoubtedly a great option to invest.
