A place a bit far from the beach. Very comfortable, quiet, clean, with a pool. They are apartments with ventilation, a kitchen with essentials and all services. Recommendable

Not a recommendable condominium, there is no water pressure in the apartments, 2 hours to take a shower, to do laundry you need to coordinate two days, they don't have the facilities to obtain water for normal use. All apartments have windows that face each other and everyone can see your privacy, uncomfortable building, the neighborhood where the condominium is located is dangerous, it's scary to go for a walk, there are no sidewalks, many empty lots where they dump garbage etc. They are economical apartments and they advertise them as if they were luxury, the condominium is full of children who invade the common areas, they scream, use speakers, birthday parties at the pool etc. There are owners who live in the condo and spend all their time reporting tenant apartments, making it impossible to enjoy and live. You will be observed constantly. Apartments are advertised for 25 thousand pesos, a high price, considering location and property type. They don't have a dryer and washer and if they do, they don't work. (In my experience) if there is a dryer you have to spend 3 days drying a towel. There is a balcony and you can't use it, for example you can't hang a towel on the balcony because they report you, making normal customs a big problem. If you want to live like in a school or prison here is the place, where you will receive a lot of observation from the owners who live here, etc. They close the condominium doors at 10 pm. Also in the neighborhood it's normal for electricity to go out at times. Good luck if you choose to live here 👍
