EXCELLENT, I WANT TO TALK TO THE OWNERS THEY DON'T DESERVE TO HAVE LOW RATING LEVELS ON AIRBNB. They have been very supportive, I know THE AIR CONDITIONING IS PAID BUT they charged us 1,400 for a month but please be respectful and turn off the air it's expensive if you leave, they have been excellent.

Good location, very relaxed although some guests do not respect the no smoking rule in the common area and there is no one to call them out on it.

Very good option in the city of Playa del Carmen, a bit away from the center if what you're looking for is a bit more tranquility and very accessible to go to 5th Avenue whenever you need it or very accessible to the federal highway. The room is austere but excellent for young couples and has a terrace with pool and grill. Clean and monitored. Recommended!

Incredible place, I stayed in the largest penthouse in the building (PH 57), more than 190 m2 for my girlfriend and me alone, private roof with grill, garden furniture, jacuzzi, lounge chairs and just a few steps away crossing the roof door to the main pool where we made great friends and a spectacular infinity pool and more grills and everything luxurious and ultra-fast wifi at 1GB everything was flying, stay in this penthouse the other apartments are only studios and very small and don't have everything this PH has.. we enjoyed it to the maximum. thank you for this great experience just steps from 5th avenue and the beach we walked daily.

This place was a complete letdown. We booked an Airbnb for three weeks because this place allows dogs. However, it was not mentioned at all on Airbnb that we were not allowed to use the terrace. Only when we arrived on site were we told that this was not permitted – even though the house rules of the building state that you can use it with a leashed dog. The people living in the surrounding apartments also just leave their dogs alone at home. They bark constantly, which was very annoying for us. Plus, our dog got riled up every time because of it. After a long journey, we arrived there and simply settled down helplessly. The area feels far away from everything and dogs are actually not really welcome here. I don't even want to start talking about the useless kitchen nook and the dirty bathroom. Pure disappointment. My partner even cried because we actually wanted to take three weeks off – and instead we experienced hell here.

Beautiful place.. but poor service from the morning shift receptionist, very disrespectful. The cleaning man uses muriatic acid to clean and causes discomfort when you walk through the facilities.

They are nice and clean, the security staff is very friendly, always keeping an eye on security.

This is for unit 14 which I rented out with Airbnb. It is the nicest unit I have stayed at in Playa. The unit is well maintained and has garage parking. An added bonus is that it has a washer/dryer combo. It is very close to a lot of the stores and restaurants I like to visit. It is a bit far for the dive shops, so you need a car or taxi. The host is extremely nice and responsive. Edit: This unit is next to the complex's gym, however, I never had a noise issue like other people have complained about. I didn't even really here street noise either early in the morning or late at night. There are gyms and other apartments surrounding this building but very little noise during my stay.

Very nice atmosphere and the facilities are beautiful, I found the area very practical for getting around and the building has parking. The Roof is very pleasant and lovely, I really had a wonderful stay, I recommend it for those who want to experience something more local

The condominium is in a very central location, the facilities look in good condition and new, there is 24-hour security (we left our car outside and had no problems), there is an elevator, it is PET friendly, there is a small pool and internal parking. The disadvantages are that there is too much noise within the facilities and several insects.

I stayed through Airbnb, the apartment is nice but it's 10 blocks away from Fifth Avenue. I only recommend it if you have a car because if you're walking I recommend staying at most 5 blocks from Fifth Avenue. The neighborhood doesn't seem very safe at night.

Very good place, if you don't mind walking to the beach it's excellent for you.

Decent, average condo building located about a 20-minute walk from 5th Centro. The rooftop pool is nice but on the smaller side, and the gym is very limited in size and equipment. Air circulation in the units could be better, and the walls are quite thin—you can hear a lot of noise from neighboring units. On the plus side, the reception staff is friendly, and there’s an Iron Gym conveniently located next door.
