I loved the complex and its people

we had a very short stay here but everything was great, I like that they have "security" in front of the entrance day and night, they are very kind and polite like the majority of locals. we were here for our zamna experience package which is an electronic music festival there in tulum, they have parties the whole month of January. the package we purchased included 2 nights here in this hotel, VIP tickets to the festival, transportation from the hotel to the festival and front it to the hotel, breakfast, healing cacao ceremony and massage. note that this is mostly a review on the whole "zamna experience" package. honestly one of the highlights of my visit to tulum was the massage, the guys that my girlfriend and I had were totally professionals and you can tell the passion and love that the have for their jobs which made this massage the best I ever had, before the massage they perform a sound ritual with a wave instrument which really puts in a peaceful place before getting into the massage. I 100% recommend this experience just for the massage alone or if you visiting tulum please check them out, @synergymassagemx you will have the best experience and feel like a whole new person with these guys

Excellent place, very comfortable and safe

I have been staying here for 2 consecutive years and it is always spectacular.

The apartments have the essentials, room service is good and they have ample parking spaces.

Very comfortable and complete apartments, swimming pool, the area is a bit far from the city center, but it has free parking.

Lived here for 6 months. Decent accomodation for the price, but watch out, the owners do not return your deposit. Happened to me and 4 others from different accomodations in Blue Luxury

The apartments are great, they have everything inside them, they pleasantly surprised me. They have a pool. Recommendable, I would go back.
