Centrally Located Apartment

Hello everyone! I want to openly report and inform you that in this chat there is a real estate manager, who is a scammer. She scammed me and my friends, who also used her services. @203878003921127 What does the scam look like: – she “sells” you the apartment – after you move in or after receiving the prepayment, she changes the payment conditions. In my case with the electricity, I even had writtenly asked her and she proved in text message that it is included in the rent price. But she had disappearing messages mode on, so I could not prove it. I assume it’s made on purpose to scam tentants afterwards. In the case with my friends she added cleaning fee after receiving prepayment, which was never mentioned by her before. On top of that she’s extremely irresponsible with her job: – She did not receive me on my arrival at the preagreed hour, because she was drunk. So i had to wait around an hour in the street under the sun, her phone was offline. Eventually the building stuff helped me, not her – She was often late, her phone was often disconnected – She was often drunk and I assume under drug influence as well – The house that my friends rented had a broken AC and they had to move out on the day of arrival. Later she liefully accused me and my friends that she has evidence that we caused the electricity collapse. Moreover, she assaulted and threatened me. The reason: I did not agree to pay extra for electricity and to accept new price for the second month of my stay. Being drunk, she texted me extremelly disturbing thins, including that whe will come now and kick me from the apartment before the end of the period that I’ve already paid for. All the proofs are saved. I contacted the owner of that apartment, but she did not care and did not find anything bad about it. I was even afraid to go to the police to make a report, because she told me “She has enough power and connections to even depart me from the country”. This happened in November 2025, but I was silent all this time because I was afraid for my life after her threats. I had to move out not only from Puerto Escondido, but also from Mexico because of this fear. This person and that experience is a nightmare, I still sometimes have panic attacks when thinking of all that happened. Please be careful!
