Beautiful Place The staff at the main desk could be friendlier. They werent nasty nor rude; they simply didnt seem to enjoy being there. The place is nice and convenient. Well equipped.

Stayed here for 10 days over Xmas and new years , wonderful location, rooftop pool with a cash bar every day , lobby with staff to secure the building, will stay here again.

What a shame… the owners of this building are letting it fall into disrepair! Considering how young the property is, it’s apparent they are only using it to generate income while doing minimal repairs/upgrades. Even the staff has told us how everything is falling apart. Until something changes, I would avoid this property at all costs!! The staff are wonderful by the way. The best service.

Near 5th Ave. In Playa del Carmen

Great location, great rooftop pool and view of Mamitas beach!! Amazing place to stay in PDC! Quiet, serene street with nice vegetation, but only 2 blocks from the busy and bustling 5th Avenue! Highly recommend!!! Stay in room 407 if you can. Message me for the property manager info!

Very good and new accommodation. Close to the beach and yet far enough away from the noise. The location is perfect.

The treadmills at the gym don't work. There are no glass cups and the clothes dryer doesn't work.

Excellent location! 👌🏻 Three blocks from the beach and beach clubs. Three blocks from 5th Avenue. Very quiet condominium. Everything is very clean. Good attention from the concierges. Sufficient parking available. The only thing to note is that there have been failures for a few days, without air conditioning in the gym, lobby and elevators.
