Based on the tour we took this complex, located within the Bahia Principe Residencias community, would make a nice place to call home (or 2nd home depending on your needs). Construction seems to be of good quality. The shared spaces and large enough to accommodate all residents and are well laid out. This community also has security and gated access, if that's of concern. And they're planning future phases which will have markets and other services and amenities within the development. A nice option to consider - this or other Bahia project developments.
