"We stayed at an appartement in this residence through airbnb and had a wonderful stay. The Tanaah residence is a wonderful place that is well maintained and supervised during the evening & night. There is a mix of residents and holiday guests which gives it a great vibe. The pool is beautiful and clean but a bit cold als it only gets sun in the middle of the day. There are plenty of nice beach clubs nearby and also some trendy restaurants & breakfast spots in Aldea Zama. If you're looking for more authentic and cheap food there are many options in Tulum Publeo which is easy to reach."

If staying at this property via Airbnb hosts Cintia or Viktor, beware. They appear to be scammers who attempt bait and switch tactics hours in advance of your stay. I would not recommend this property under this management.

A very beautiful residential complex. The apartment was very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable here. At night there is always a security person downstairs. Parking spaces are directly at the house. Many wonderful cafés and restaurants nearby.

Very good place to spend your vacation. We stayed in Pent House 11 and we were luxurious. Quiet, fully equipped, with two bedrooms and independent bathrooms, an amazing roof garden.
