Beautiful place, secure in a calm and pleasant neighborhood. Many services in the building (Swimming pool, gym, Spa services, small supermarket, coworking space) and many nearby shops (restaurants...). Ideal for a great vacation!

Beautiful and peaceful place to live

Excellent place to live or spend a vacation. Everything is close by walking, biking, scooters, motorcycle, car, or roller skates. Its infrastructure is the best in Tulum, it has an Oxxo in the same condominium.

Beautiful condominium.

Great place to spend a week or a month. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance (10-20 minutes). The building is safe, secure and clean with 2 pools on the roof, great place to hang out. There are 2 elevators and 2 sets of stairs so I don’t understand how you ‘can’t get to the pool’ as another reviewer said. Felt safe throughout the area (on foot), you would need a taxi for the beach (45 minute walk). There is construction right next door but the noise was kept to a minimum and the majority construction is completed. I would stay here again.

No insulation, very strong smell of sewage. No respect, people slam the doors, speak loudly, scream...at any time of day and night. You feel like you're sleeping on the street because the insulation is non-existent. Zero signage, a real maze, it took us more than 2 hours to find the place. Area under construction, so non-stop construction site. And it's not finished! In short, zero for zen and restful vacations.

To my liking, truthfully

I’m not sure why people are leaving reviews for the tower this OXXO is located in on this page. This is a brand-new OXXO—a small location that carries the essentials and is open 24 hours. I’ll need to visit late one night to confirm if it truly operates around the clock.
