Apartment in Tulum

Super, muy limpio y increíble con más de 5 albercas en el mismo complejo.

This was a horrible experience booking here from start to finish. The host Ulises and his manager Joaquin (listing for #17) lied about the sauna, spa and steam room amenities listed as available (which we booked specifically for) and then tried to lie and cover it up by changing the listing after we asked them where these were located on the property. We messaged them about this and they said maintenance at the property said it was closed. We spoke to the hotel lobby staff and they had no idea what we were asking, they explained there was never a sauna, spa or steam room ever on the property. We had to get Airbnb support involved to settle things properly. We wasted an entire day on our vacation with waiting at restaurants and cafes for their 4 pm checkin and excessive money spent on taxis to get to the property (located in the middle of nothing btw). They said they would "think about" giving some of our money back! We stayed the night because they left us no choice and then tried to say we had to pay for that. I will also note that there is no roof top restaurant as listed on the Mistiq Gardens website. This property is misleading in its offerings and “vibe”. Felt nothing like what the website lists. You are also so far removed from easy accessibility to any restaurant or the beach that you need to either book expensive taxis or have a rental vehicle/moped to get around. Recommend avoiding this one completely.

The apartment where we stayed was very nice, but the residential building is located in an area under construction, and quite far from the town and beaches. Without a car, there's no point in staying there, and it can even be dangerous (cycling is risking your life!)

I stayed for a month, and I loved the experience you have everything you need, pools and gym and I really liked the architecture, although the street is not paved it has a very good location

I went on vacation for two weeks with my family. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment that is super well equipped and very warm. The place is just spectacular with incredibly beautiful pools. A quiet place to spend wonderful vacations. I recommend!!!

I stayed for a couple of days and I loved it!!! The condominium looks very new, it has incredible pools and the roof view is spectacular. The gym is well equipped. The staff is very helpful. Thank you to the whole team. We will be back soon

We rented an apartment there for a few days that was very nice. The architecture of this building is incredible! There are several pools, a gym and a small restaurant on the roof where you can watch the sunset. I recommend it!

Exceptional Stay at Mistiq Garden 2! My stay at Mistiq Garden 2 was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any request, making me feel truly welcome. The location is perfect—quiet and serene, yet conveniently close to everything. The lush gardens and pool area were an absolute highlight, providing the perfect place to unwind. Overall, Mistiq Garden 2 exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Worst building in Tulum. Poor construction, faulty wiring throughout, concrete literally falling off everything, and deplorable management. Do not buy in district 15 and avoid this place at all costs.
