Apartment in Provenza

Wonderful location with incredible views. The portería is extremely helpful and brings everything right to the front door, remembers you by name. Excellent security, very clean, and great amenities: modern gym, pool, sauna, steam room, kids’ playground, and dog area. Feels very family and pet friendly, while only being a 5 minute walk to excellent restaurants and cafes. It’s also very peaceful and quiet, you wake up hearing the birds despite being in such a convenient location.

Clean, modern, well maintained, well managed building! Best views of Medellin! Close to restaurants and bars but far enough from the noise (quiet building). Super location. Attentive and friendly porteros, cleaning staff and administration. 10/10

I'm in an apartment at this place for a while. It's well located. Close to Provenza. It has a pool, gym, children's park. You can walk to the restaurants and bars. There's no problem with noise, I live on a lower floor and I don't hear noise from the area because it's in a high part.

Modern building with two towers Spaciousapartments with excellent layout New heated swimming pool and common areas in excellent condition. The administration does a good job, particularly in this building Although it is in Provenza, you don't hear any noise.

Porteria has by far the worst manners from all the other 4 buildings I have lived in Medellin. They will not let deliveries up to your apartments after random hours at night (hard to get set hours on this). The pool has been broken for 8 months with no incentive from the leadership to get if fixed in a timely manner. They were doing repairs in my hallway and the repair guy was a rude old man that found some damage in our door frame done by previous residents and gave me a speech about how I should not slamm doors. I told him I just moved in a few weeks ago and he kept repeating himself. Most of the cardio equipment at the gym is in poor shape and other cable machines are out of service. The sauna and spa are also broken. By far the worst experience in medellin.

A building that looks from the outside like a low-category building, the balconies full of sheets, towels, clothes hanging looks super ugly, it is important to take care of the image
