We could request a deposit of 20,000 pesos. 👉 I'll prepare the contract; Roberta will give me operational support because I'm not physically present. 👉 The viewing is scheduled for tomorrow at 2:30 PM. Regarding the broker commission: normally for vacation rentals it's 20%, considering it's 3 months, I propose reducing it to 15%. This means 4,800 pesos per month commission for the brokers.
