Excellent condominium, attentive staff, too bad the pool is under maintenance and to get to the beach they have an agreement, but it's 20 minutes by car.

Hello, I reviewed several condos and even flew back to view one I was particularly interested in. They took my credit card for a holding payment. However, after deciding not to proceed with the condo for a variety of reasons, getting that payment refunded has been extremely difficult. Instead of simply refunding my credit card, they requested extensive banking information—including SWIFT numbers and other details—which I provided. Despite this, I’m still waiting for my refund. I even provided a bank phone number should a problem arise. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Never again. Claim anti fraud ..who the victim, the buyer here.

Is basically a scam, and clearly the reviews at least the february 2024 are fake, there’s construction happening, so you can’t use the pool, the construction is right on the balcony and the pool is surrounded by two buildings in construction. There is not of course a warning on Expedia, or hotels . com or anywhere that the place is unsuitable, once we book this non refundable accommodation they send you an email misleading you telling you that there is construction somewhere close, but not at the property, which is a lie, it is at the property, is like 10 feet from your balcony. It is high season so was hard to find last min somewhere similar to stay, so we had to endure it with and have a indoors vacation, that we could have taken at home for free, Lumina was useless and pretty belligerent , and Expedia of course didn’t do anything about it, I would have to have leave to MAYBE get a refund, but you never know, I might ended up paying double. Was the most infuriating hospitality experience EVER, and we travel all the time everywhere.
