Apartment in La Veleta

Tons of construction. Saws, drills and loud noises all day long. Im absolutely shocked that they are renting places inside of here. This complex is not finished and has been under construction for years. Could not recommend

Very bad location compared to the center of Tulum or access to public transportation (30 minutes walk). The staff is not welcoming and the promised equipment was not in the studio: no washing machine, no pots for cooking (only 2 pans), a 50-liter boiler for a jacuzzi (which is not sufficient to heat the water needed for the jacuzzi). There is no night staff, which can be annoying if there is too much noise (which happened to us). Very beautiful studio but poorly arranged: little storage space for clothes, chairs too high compared to the table (unable to sit properly), poorly lit shower, cleaning and maintenance of the studio is a paid option, which I find absurd given the price. Beautiful pool on the top floor.

Villa Blanca their team were great to work with. Check-in was easy. The Villa was amazing. The rooms were good sized and the open floor plan made it feel larger. I have been to Tulum a few times and this is the best equipped home I have ever stayed in. The kitchen is totally stocked to cook and eat in or have a private cook. There is also a bar cart that has everything you need to have cocktails, wine or beer. There are also games, umbrellas and yoga mats. We sleep so well. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. Each room had its own AC, bathroom, work areas and TV. We did not have any issues with the internet. These amenities were great for our group as we had to work some and we had kids. The private pool and outdoor area - WOW!!! This is a large outdoor area and large pool for Tulum. Since the community is gated and the unit has its own gate we never felt unsafe, even with the kids. The location was great. I was concerned at first because it was not on the beach, but we actually loved the location. It is a mixture of smaller local stores and restaurants. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance or a short bike ride. Across the street were a bike and 4 wheeler rental. This made it easy to rent when we needed these. We loved Villa Blanca. For the price, you will not find a better place. We will be back.

The apartment is very well equipped, it has a stove, blender, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils ideal for preparing food. It has a private bathroom with everything included soap, shampoo, towels, etc. The bed is very large and comfortable, with parking and there are security guards and cameras. Also it is close to an oxxo and where they rent bicycles. I highly recommend staying here. Maybe the only detail is that it is at the entrance of Tulum, therefore it is a bit far from the tourist area or the beaches but if you go by car you can go to your destination without any problem.

Excellent stay at this complex. It is very quiet and modern. And the studio where we stayed had everything included a private jacuzzi.

Been here a week, leaving tomorrow. Had a great time. Fantastic property. Owner and host were available for anything we needed. Close to Tulum avenue, 7th street and Tulum beach. Will def be back!
