Apartment in Holistika, Tulum

Stayed at Nequen Residences in La Veleta and it exceeded expectations. The space is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is great: tucked away enough to feel relaxed but still close to everything in Tulum proper. It is a newly developed area within La Veleta. The amenities were great, especially the pool area, and everything is well maintained. Definitely a 5-star stay—would come back without hesitation.

Worst stay of my entire life. Constant maintenance issues. Lack of care by the hosts, DO NOT rent from someone named Edgar/Owner2Rental they will make you miserable and steal your money. They completely lied that this was a peaceful spot when they knew the entire time there is a nightclub right across called Hotel Xeban blasts loud music until early morning almost every night! They only cleaned my balcony pool upon arrival and - after my shower spewed black liquid that smelled like sewer water that smelled the whole apartment - even a bird died in my balcony pool and when I saw it and told them they refused to even come clean the balcony pool just to sanitize it, knowing I couldn’t use it and was paying for it - some of the worst treatment towards clients I’ve ever witnessed, the owner and agency completely ruined the experience on top of the lack of sleep from the loud music of clubbing right across. By the way there’s also nothing around and not safe to walk at night according to their own staff. Luckily I took photo and video evidence of everything I’m stating here so Airbnb did give me a partial refund and covered hotel stay so I could get away from this chaos. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy this experience.

Excellent place, Saith and Cynthia are super friendly and attentive, the pool is incredible, Rebecca the receptionist is very kind and helps you with everything you need. We hope to return soon.

Awesome location, great ambience, easy to get to. Nice and quiet. Westward facing rooftop, great sunsets.

Condos are nice but the roads are really rough in the area

Beautiful place, Neque Tulum consists of 42 apartments, whether 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, with the latter being penthouses. Located in Veleta on 5th South Avenue and 13th South Street. It also has a Bar, Pool and a small, very quiet gym on its rooftop and a good place to be away from the hustle and bustle of people and cars. It is just a few blocks from 7th Street where the restaurants and shops are, Holistica is only 3 blocks away walking and also nearby is Gysea Market. If you want to enjoy delicious and tasty natural juices, don't miss going to 9th Street and 5th Avenue, where you can find green and mixed juices all natural and freshly made and some delicious coconuts at an unbeatable price. One block from Neque is Étnica ku where you can have breakfast and enjoy a delicious coffee.

Beautiful apartments, the building is finishing up fine-tuning details but it still looks beautiful.
