Hey, hi there!! I'm going on a trip to Spain for a while and I'm leaving my apartment available to rent by the week or by the month starting August 19/20. I'm looking for a trustworthy person who wants to enjoy a large, beautifully decorated apartment right in the city center, with a community pool, 24-hour reception, pet-friendly, and basic kitchen equipment — highly recommended. The price for one month is $13,000 pesos with bills included and no deposit; and $10,500 pesos per month for two months with a $3,000 peso deposit, but with bills included.
