A place with a lot of VERY ANNOYING NOISY neighbors! Slow elevators and gates. Dirty pool with poor sunlight and it's ALWAYS occupied. The power goes out frequently and there is no resolution from the administration regarding any problem, common areas with parties or annoying gatherings every weekend

We rented here for 4 months POSITIVE POINTS • Well located • The building is well maintained • With amenities • 24/7 reception and security NEGATIVE POINTS • The administrator becomes aggressive if you question the reason for any fine • The apartment we stayed in did not have proper maintenance • You can hear noise from the neighboring apartments • The electricity goes out very often

The parking is super uncomfortable and there is a certain electricity deficit, the hallways go dark in seconds, some of the sensors don't work because they don't turn on the lights and that's the whole building, plus the elevator smells really bad, the pool area is normal, nothing extraordinary

Riviera Towers is a development that features 2-bedroom apartments and lofts, equipped with elevators, swimming pool, underground parking and outdoor parking, 24-hour surveillance. It is centrally located with quick access to restaurants, convenience stores and various services.

This street location is very unsafe

We are Americans (Colorado) who stayed here for 3 whole months, digital nomads. We had to go home once per month for doctor appointments. We have always felt perfectly safe here and were fine leaving things behind when we went home. It's mostly quiet, however, some neighbors are more noisy than others (but if you talk to them politely all will be fine!). We had our laundry done across the street by Lavenderia Emili, she did a wonderful job. A/c works great and the apartments are large compared to city places back home. The drawbacks are relatively minor to us but include: sometimes the power and internet will go down after a powerful rainstorm (lasting up to 5 hours), the pool is absolutely freezing, and to pick up delivery or guests you must go all the way down to let them in. But we always saw maintenance and cleaning people caring for the place, and it was always clean! We were very happy here and would come back.

I stayed there through the Airbnb platform and the apartment is really nice and they have a pool in the common area.
