Apartment in Central Location

Sharing the above to support our landlord, who has been kind and responsive to us her tenant for 3 years. The apartment is available in January. We are selling many items, from big (refrigerator, washer, king-size bed, etc) to small (e.g. tons of kitchenware), and will discount heavily to sell in bulk to the new tenant. See photos below.
