The space: 90m² living space, 2 bedrooms (renting one of 15m²), shared bathroom with bathtub and balcony with grill. Amenities: Full kitchen, laundry area (washer/dryer) and elevator. Costs: $13,000 MXN monthly (includes utilities: electricity, water, gas and internet). Looking for someone who values cleanliness and tranquility, as the apartment is a peaceful refuge.
