Security and maintenance are included. There are 4 working pools. It is very quiet and safe. Services not included are water, electricity, and internet with Telmex. The price is $16,000 plus a deposit. Preference is not for dogs, but if it is a small dog, an additional deposit is charged in case of damage. The contract and rent are for one year.
