The room is 22 to 26 square meters, one of them with its own private balcony, in a 165-square-meter apartment that includes another shared balcony in the common areas. It enjoys a prime location in the most beautiful and green area, Amsterdam Street. It has four bedrooms, hardwood floors, distributed in such a way that space isn't an issue, and two full bathrooms; one of them recently remodeled and the other very spacious. The building and the apartment are in a historic neighborhood (both the building and the apartment have been inspected and approved by the authorities). The two balconies are ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee, tea, or juice before starting a day exploring this captivating neighborhood. From the balcony, you can enjoy a view of a fountain and Amsterdam. It's just one block from Parque México (ideal for afternoon tea or drinks after work or school).
