4 Bedroom Apartment in Mexico City

January 1st 3 rooms available , I am renting out individual rooms or the entire 4-bedroom apartment—located in a fantastic shared or private unit in Mexico City's most attractive area: the Amsterdam neighborhood of La Condesa. These are very spacious rooms with high ceilings, situated in a historic building on Avenida Amsterdam, directly across from a traffic circle featuring water fountains and views of lush greenery. The rooms range from 22 to 28 m²; one includes a private balcony, and the 165 m² apartment also features a shared balcony in the common area. It boasts a prime location in the area's most beautiful, greenest spot and includes four bedrooms with hardwood floors—laid out to ensure plenty of space—and two full bathrooms (one recently renovated, the other very spacious). Both the building and the apartment are located in a historic neighborhood (the structure has been inspected and approved by civil authorities; while there is a slight tilt due to natural settling, the structure is sound). The two balconies are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee, tea, or juice before setting out to explore the captivating neighborhood—or for having tea or wine in the afternoon after work or school. The view overlooks a water fountain on Amsterdam Avenue, just one block from Parque México. You are steps away from cafes, bars, restaurants, yoga studios, running paths, supermarkets, the Metrobús, the metro, and great walking areas. Rental options range from 22 m² to 28 m² rooms (with a mix of private and shared balconies) at price points of 13,700, 14,500, 15,500, and 15,700 MXN. Rooms can be rented individually, or the entire apartment can be leased under a single contract; the price for the full apartment depends on the lease duration.
