I loved the place! The spaces are very comfortable and integrated with the jungle aesthetic but at the same time it's urban. It's very well located, nothing is far away. I loved it 🙌🏻

We recently had the fortune of enjoying this condominium and it was a wonderful experience. It is a space designed for those who truly understand what Tulum means: contact with the jungle, privacy and calm, but also proximity to tourist areas. In short, it offers the perfect balance. The project is authentically integrated into the nature and essence of Tulum, respecting the environment. The finishes are aesthetic, of high quality and good taste, designed for both visitors and those who wish to invest and live there. Furthermore, they are durable and require low maintenance, which is a great advantage in a humid and hot climate. The location is excellent: away from the areas of greatest tourist density such as La Veleta, the downtown or the hotel zone, but with quick access to all of them (about 10 minutes). The central pool is delightful, always at the perfect temperature; the corridors, hallways and flora within the condominium are truly charming. Another point that pleasantly surprised me is the security, essential to enjoy real rest. The staff is extremely friendly and reliable, which makes the experience even more pleasant. In summary, I loved it. If only I could buy an apartment or house here! Anyone who has the opportunity to do so should not hesitate: the developers are committed to offering a property that you will enjoy forever.

I had the opportunity to get to know Limas Tulum since it was still under construction and, honestly, from that moment on I realized it was a different project. You can tell when a development is made with passion, ethics and a very clear vision, respecting the most valuable thing Tulum has: THE JUNGLE. Once delivered, I returned to see it and the result exceeded my expectations. I even spent a weekend in a two-bedroom ground floor unit and ended up feeling like home. The spaces are spacious, the lighting and ventilation are very well resolved, and the private garden with its pool really makes the difference. The common areas are an experience in themselves. Walking through so much vegetation until reaching the enormous pool, which honestly looks like a lagoon, makes everything feel very organic and relaxing. I have known many developments in Tulum because of my work, and few have left me with this impression. For me, Limas has set a very high standard for how development can happen without losing the essence of Tulum.

Do not waste you vacation here.... Stayed here at the beginning on April my family booked here expecting to enjoy the huge pool on the grounds and the secluded area. After entering unit 301 we were disgusting nothing was swept or cleaned with disinfectant cleaner. Hair was in every shower kitchen top had bug dropping. After going to the store for cleaning products we find the maid sittin on the couch in the living room on her phone say she cleaned the place again but nothing was done. She try to dust off the counter with a dry cloth to knock the dropping down but we dismissed her. Back to the Giant pool of algae could not swim here my children would've been sick .STAY AWAY I love tulum but don't stay here until the finish the rest of the development. It seem about 30% of the units are complete this can be a beautiful property but not at this stage

Don’t stay here! I stayed on a Airbnb platform property hosted by origin rentals. I’ll copy and paste my review and there response with pictures to prove the truth! Host is dishonest and so is the cleaning team!

Excellent!

My experience with the project was disappointing. From the beginning there was a lack of clarity in the information: the delivery times and quality of finishes did not match what was promised, and customer service was slow and not very responsive. Additionally, I noticed differences between what they showed me in the presentation and what they actually offer and delivered. Communication after the sale practically disappeared. I recommend future buyers to review everything in great detail or look at other project options that are more profitable and not to rely solely on what they tell you in sales.

Limas is a gorgeous and thoughtful development located in Tulum Mexico. Nestled neatly off the beaten path, it’s thoughtful and considerate, offering a peaceful and tropical environment with spacious units filled with beautiful ambiance and natural lighting. Not to mention the unique amenities that appeal to all the senses.

In Jan 2026, when we went to the local electronic music events nearby, we found out about this place that was close by with an excellent location. Great real estate development and architecture design, perfect for relaxing with a giant pool. Small property with few apartments so you feel right at home with a relaxing, private experience.

We recently enjoyed this spectacular place, you can really enjoy feeling inside the jungle but the best part was the privacy due to the super spacious, elegant spaces and a huge pool with palm trees inside!

The best development in Tulum

Be very careful with this project!! Terrible experience it is a project that was not completed, it is still under construction and appears to have been stalled for years. The attention, finishes and construction are of terrible quality. I found people who invested and are very unhappy and regretful with the investment. The construction and project were misrepresented in many things and they still can't finish the project. There are much better options and more affordable ones in Tulum!!

The most beautiful (and greenest) project in Tulum. So peaceful, and the pool is massive and immaculately clean. Floor to ceiling windows make every unit super bright. High quality finishings. It feels like a private tropical oasis
