2 Bedroom House for Rent in La Veleta, Tulum

VERY disrespectful and irresponsible right into groups that throw parties all night and disregard any sort of noise restriction.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a celebration. We did party and made some messes, and one of our friends suffered from a brutal accident which led to him bleeding in his sleep. This we take blame for. But this is what I’m giving 1 star for: the place was disgusting when we walked in. Nothing was clean and the houses smelled like trash and cigarettes. There was dirt on the walls and floors. The AC unit was leaking in one of the houses which resulted in a massive puddle. The host promised maintenance would come and said they did - THEY DID NOT. Then, there was zero hot water. We took freezing cold showers. The location is on a dirt road next to a ton of construction. The pool was filled with dirt. There were cockroaches in my villa. Not to mention 4 of the bathrooms didn’t work!!!! The host also tried to blame us for a broken tv that was already broken when we came. WI-FI DID NOT WORK! This was by far the worst and one of the most expensive airbnbs I’ve stayed in.

Very well distributed, clean and very welcoming, its services well chosen

The infrastructure still needs to be completed but overall it is a good concept although somewhat cold and lacking warmth

Excellent facilities, everything to our liking, very attentive hosts.

The houses are very beautiful in a quiet place in Tulum

The area is under construction so don't be alarmed, there is quite a bit of police surveillance
