2-Bedroom Ground Floor Apartment in Tuane with Patio

My stay at Tuale Tulum was unfortunately disappointing. The accommodation clearly needs proper maintenance, as several things were not in acceptable condition. We originally booked the entire place with a private pool, but were moved to a different unit without one. We were also told we would have the building to ourselves, which was not the case. There were multiple issues during the stay: the internet did not work at all, and the host did not take care of it despite being informed. The water had a strong rotten egg smell, the trash was not emptied, and even after asking for new garbage bags, none were provided until our departure. Additionally, the balcony furniture was missing cushions, making it unusable. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and felt poorly managed.

Great location central to shopping. However the condo we rented for 2 months was not what we expected. No oven made it harder to prepare meals, very little in way of kitchen equipment had to buy our own. Laundry was a challenge as you needed an app to start washers and dryers, only had my personal phone not a Mexican one so had to bother other residents to do laundry. No mops to wash floors. Advertised a rooftop pool on every building not true. Staff was great and host contact was wonderful. My suggestion to owners would be if your renting your place for more than a few days make sure you have some conveniences for your guests.

Cozy and very peaceful place, the pools are on the terrace and are very safe. I highly recommend it...

The gated community is quite lovely, immersed in the natural greenery while the penthouses maintains a concrete elegance beauty throughout. Staff was friendly, however communication about amenities not being available can be improved (emails/ letters) . I specifically loved the Jungle Yoga, Jungle Gym, and multiple rooftop pools.

Beautiful complex

Excellent place if your idea is to experience spending a few days surrounded by jungle and nature, pet-friendly if you have pets. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that they change the security staff very often and it doesn't generate confidence. On days when there are storms, they present many electricity/water problems, nothing that can't be improved...

Spectacular place for vacation rental, especially the equipped units 510, 802, 902.
