"I recently stayed at the Black House Condo’s in Tulum and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was clean, very modern, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk and close to many restaurants and local shops. The property manager(Laura) was amazing very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Tulum weather & sunsets. The modern kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed cooking our own meals. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Tulum. It was a great value for the price and I look forward to staying there again in the future. Overall it was a great experience, and I definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern and stylish place to stay in Tulum!!"

A beautiful apartment with plenty of space and comfortable, modern furnishings. The rooftop terrace with pool offers a great atmosphere day and night. The building is secure and you feel comfortable. The location is great for quickly reaching the beach, local restaurants, supermarket and more. If you don't know your way around, the lovely Laura provides great recommendations - we had no complaints. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would come back again and again!

Had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights in January. Wow, what a great experience with Laura. The communication prior to the trip was outstanding, the warm welcome was much appreciated and the place was AMAZING. Clean home with everything that we needed, amazing rooftop views and a great neighborhood. Laura went above and beyond from the minute I inquired about the rental - She is able to assist with anything! I would definitely recommend the Black House for anyone who is considering visiting Tulum. Thank you Laura for your kindness and amazing hospitality.
