2 Bedroom Apartment in Valle Aurora, Playa del Carmen

Valle Aurora is a PRIVATE residential condominium with many strict rules and regulations that whoever lives, resides and/or visits must comply with to preserve its value and healthy, respectful coexistence. Valle Aurora is NOT A HOTEL nor is it a resort as certain people or agencies try to sell it on lodging platforms. It's also not a place where you expect to arrive and cause chaos and bother permanent residents, pretending that nobody will say anything to you. If you are one of those people, you better go to an all-inclusive resort or rent a house or independent place closer to the beach and 5th Avenue where you'll be able to mix with more tourists. To go to the beach or 5th Avenue, you will need to take a taxi or have your own vehicle given how far the condominium is from these places. At 11PM the lights turn off in the condominium and it enters a mode of tranquility and absolute silence. If you know how to respect basic coexistence rules and regulations, such as showering before entering the pool, not shouting as if you were in the jungle, or keeping your speaker volume for yourself or your group only, and furthermore you are a calm, educated and respectful person, you will GREATLY enjoy this condominium.

A paradisiacal place to live as if every day were a vacation

Beautiful complex but bad experience with the Airbnb... they demand an invoice for a fake minor repair after renting long-term at an exorbitant price. Very poorly equipped and not very clean, multiple water problems in the bathrooms throughout the stay. Be careful if you rent there. First time for us to have a negative rental experience. Dishonesty and arrogance.

This condominium is literally perfect! The building stays spotless, the grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly and security does not play around! Anyone who is complaining here just doesn’t want to follow rules and are entitled jerks. Its so peaceful and the amenities are freaking amazing!!

Amazing experience !!!

We are a retired Canadian couple looking to purchase a condo in Playa del Carmen. We would like to share our negative experience with the real estate developer Dintsa, specifically related to the Valle Aurora project. We made an offer on a three-bedroom condo, but found the shared living space (living room, dining room, and kitchen) too small for our needs. Before placing a deposit, we asked whether it would be possible to remove two non-load-bearing walls to enlarge the space. After checking with their architects, the developer confirmed that the modification was feasible. Based on that confirmation, we placed a 50,000 peso deposit. When it came time to sign the final contract with the notary, we requested that the right to make these modifications be clearly included in the agreement. The developer categorically refused. Since this was a deal-breaker for us, we cancelled the purchase and requested a refund of our deposit. Despite multiple efforts — on our part, through our notary, and via our real estate agent — Dintsa has consistently refused to return our deposit, even though they failed to honor their original verbal commitment. We are therefore publicly denouncing the lack of professionalism and honesty shown by Dintsa and their affiliated projects, including: Real Aurora, Aurora Tours, Valle Aurora, Eos Curio Collection, Playa Aurora. They do not honor their promises and are not trustworthy. We strongly recommend that anyone considering doing business with them exercise extreme caution. Fortunately, there are many other real estate developers in Playa del Carmen who are honest, professional, and reliable. We encourage you to consider other options.

A relaxing gem with all the amenities!! Great location, great services, and such a beautiful place!!

It is a private residence with many rules that must be followed in its common areas like any other private one. This condominium IS NOT A HOTEL as they try to sell it.

I highly recommend it! A great project with its amenities so you can enjoy your vacation. 🏝️

The guards are nice but it's a shame there are so many rules. No smoking outside within the premises, no diving in the pool, no drinking your glass around the pool. In short, I was on vacation but I felt like I was being watched. Otherwise it's very well maintained and pleasant overall.
