2 Bedroom Apartment in Tulum – MISTIQ Kukulkán

Oscar was great! I would definitely recommend staying here during your visit to Tulum. The property felt safe with security on site and was very clean. Oscar was our concierge during our stay, and he was very friendly, gave us great food recommendations, and was always nice enough to call taxis for us whenever we needed one. There are two restaurants and a convenience store connected to the condos, which was really convenient. The property is about 10 to 15 minutes from most of the main attractions. The pools were beautiful, and I especially loved our room with its own private rooftop pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Magnificent ultra-modern and secure residence

Great place, very comfortable, clean, perfect for families, couples, digital nomads! Our kids were happy and I managed to work as well. Oscar and other team members really made our stay here!

Never thought I would be leaving my favourite tulum Airbnb a bad review but here we are. I’ve been here over the years multiple times, but this year they’ve decided that they are going to have very strict rules about listening to music at the pool having a drink at the pool sitting beside the pool and doing anything fun. I’m surprised you’re allowed to smile here. As a couple in our 30s, we weren’t looking to party, but we definitely wanted to hear some tunes by the pool and maybe have a cold beverage in a plastic safe cup sitting beside the pool But oh no, that’s not allowed here anymore Aside from the fun police the property is very beautiful. But if you’re looking to have any sort of fun other than sitting in dead silence beside a pool that you’re not allowed to do literally anything at then I would choose somewhere else.

Nice and beautiful hotel. The instructions not clear, you should be better at that! And It's also not clear where the reception is when you enter.

We have enjoyed our 2 month stay here through Airbnb. The gym and pool and very nice. We had a beautiful yard full of plants. Oscar at the front desk and the security staff and very friendly and helpful!

The territory is nice, but not convenient. If you don't have rented transportation - I don't recommend it

Nice enough place to stay for a few days and staff are very friendly but the construction is so intensely shoddy, this place is falling apart and it's pretty new. Literally marble falling off the walls, pool on the roof leaks, shower leaks out of a random hole in the bathroom. Leaks in the ceiling repaired with duct tape. If you're looking to buy I would be incredibly weary of this place. And there are a bunch of other Mistiqs now, they are throwing these properties up fast and rough like cheap Ikea furniture. This whole property gonna need a wild rehab in a few years or they're gonna let it sink into disrepair.

Precious place with excellent service

Nice place, clean, good facilities, but like almost everything in tulum, a bit Far of everywhere. Take a scooter, or walk, taxi$

Beautiful, quiet, great coffee and food downstairs. Close to town.

The place is magnificent, the staff is very kind, Oscar, Valentina and Juan were of great help in answering all our questions. The gym is beautiful and well maintained and there is a good variety of weightlifting and cardio machines. The relaxation areas outside near the pool are very nice too but in my opinion there are not enough lounge chairs. The location is good but a bit far from the beach, to get around on foot it's not the place I would recommend but if you are a good walker it's doable. We rented a mountain bike and the transportation was perfect. There are many shops just below the hotel, a convenience store, a rental center, 2 restaurants. We had an excellent stay and we felt safe.

We had a super beautiful experience at Mistiq Tulum, the staff is very attentive and accommodating. Very helpful for all our questions. Valentina, Oscar and Juan are the best of the best. My first experience in Tulum and I would come back here anytime, super beautiful room, beautiful pool, several restaurants nearby even just downstairs (the baguette is really worth it we ate there almost every day, yum yum yum) anyway I really recommend this place to you. We also rented a 4-wheeler at the rental in the basement and it was 10/10. Mistiq Tulum is truly a place that I recommend!
