Great place, its amenities and design delighted me and the location in a very quiet area of Tulum

I lived in this building for 6 months, apartment 22. I had a wonderful stay. All the amenities were amazing, quiet, comfortable and stylish. The studio itself was spacious and fully equipped. My landlady was extremely nice and helpful. 100% recommended.

We were very comfortable, it's a beautiful apartment. More than what the photos show. Quiet streets and neighborhood and its concierge Cesar was attentive to our arrivals at night. Very kind. Until anytime

Very peaceful, clean, excellent directions

Had a great stay in apt 19. The rooftop pool and gym is very nice as well. They also had a security guard every night, although I never felt unsafe or like it needed one but was pleasantly surprised to have one.

Quiet and well maintained building on a great location, I do recommend it to anyone staying in Tulum.

Amaru apt #21.....5 stars, we traveled here from California and stayed at Amaru apt #21. First let's starts off with location, this AirBnb is loacted on the nice side of town, super close walking distance to the beach, well its the closest community to the tulum beach área and downtown tulum. In This community it also has a very cute área with coffee shops, small stores, wine tasting and restaurantes walking distance. Now back to Amaru, great location, awesome pool área, movie theater room, gym room, business office, and each apartment has been profesionally decorated, we stayed in the 2 bedroom 3 floor apartment #21 and it's was super comfy stay, high speed Internet, AC, super high quality furniture, super comfy matress pillows, etc. Its has a full kithcen with all the new appliances, and washer machine dryer. And it has a nice belconey.

Beautiful Place

Building with all the 'Tulum Vibes' style, good and well-maintained amenities, the rooftop very pleasant to spend the day by the pool. The area where it is located is very trendy surrounded by little places like restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and boutiques just minutes away from the place. You can find very good apartment options on Airbnb. I would definitely return.

Great place provided it ages well. For now access is difficult because some streets are under construction
