Excellent location, everything is really nice

A lot of noise in the mornings, a building worker wouldn't let us sleep with the leaf blower apparatus every day of our stay in the mornings, this is NOT Tulum to relax but to stress you out with the noise.

I stayed at this place expecting a relaxing experience, but unfortunately it was anything but that. Every single morning, very early, the maintenance staff would start using a leaf-blowing machine with an extremely loud engine. It completely ruined the peace and quiet I was hoping for. I tried multiple times to address the issue with management, but my concerns were simply ignored. There was no effort to adjust the schedule or find a quieter solution or at least once a week. NOT every single day. I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of much better options in Tulum where you can actually rest and enjoy your stay.

It is very well located in a quiet area.

Only stayed for 3 nights and NEVER coming back here. Be aware that there won’t be any running water for your entire stay and the electricity goes OFF in the middle of the night! We requested maintenance many many times and they just mentioned someone is on their way. (Never came) terrible hotel not worth all the pot holes on the dirt road to get in here.

The worst experience i have ever had. We stayed here 4 days and did not have any water at the all in the apartment. We couldn’t have shower, also could not flush the toilet… 😱 The company was very careless at least they could have put water in our room but of course they didn’t bother. Also we did not have any wifi. Company did not come to fix it. Building looks nice but everything was with cheap materials. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely the worst experience i ever had anywhere in the world. We booked to stay here for 4 days only to find out that the unit did not have any water - NO RUNNING WATER AT ALL - and also no internet - YES NO INTERNET AT ALL - throughout our stay. They will offer you a concierge service and the pictures all look great but when you get there the nightmare starts. We complained every day and always the answer was - someone is on the way to fix it - but nobody ever came. It is a shame to rent these apartments and ruin people’s holidays. In addition there is a new building being built right next to it so you will not even be able to sleep in the morning (fortunately for us they were not working when we were here)
