If you've always dreamed of living inside an industrial carpentry workshop, Monarca 28 is paradise. The sensory experience is complete: the soothing sound of electric saws accompanies you all day, along with the music of the popular Pedro Infante, and the solvent smell penetrates even your clothes, ideal for those who hate fresh air. The closed balcony is a wonderful detail to feel like you're in an acoustic isolation capsule (that doesn't work). The best part is the management: they have an incredible talent for 'gaslighting', giving you the runaround and reminding you through their WhatsApp that your problems aren't their problem. An unforgettable place, even if you want to forget it!

Honestly, I was not so sure about this property at the beginning. There was some construction nearby, and I felt like something was off... What happened in the span of my first month staying here really opened up my entire eyes. When I fully opened and appreciated this beautiful space, I got to witness how incredible the staff, the management of Grupo 28, and the facilitations are here. Leticia has been my direct space of contact and words can not even begin to explain how supportive, helpful, and available she has been for me. I had a situation in my home, and she came right away, got on the phone with a new space in the building, and got me settled right away. Jose is one of the maintenance support workers here. He has been absolutely incredible. Always shows up, works hard, and has a smile on his face. I am so grateful for the work these two do and the environment they have created here at Monarca 28. Thank you Jose, and Leticia for this amazing work you both do!! The amenities of Monarca are incredible, I usually walk 25-30 mins to the beach/town and groceries are right across the street. IT is perfectly located, quiet in the nights, and beautiful lighting in many of the apartments. Thank you!!
