2 Bedroom Apartment in Playa del Carmen

DO NOT RENT FROM 304!!! Stay away from this unit, the landlords are evil! I’m taking legal action against them! Even the admin staff helped them brake the law. This building isn’t safe. The management doesn’t follow the laws of state. Be careful!

Hi! Does this apartment come with a private waterfall or is something weird going on?

Very good choice in this Department. Very good finishes, very well equipped, good location, everything very functional and good cleanliness, highly recommendable.

With very good control at the entrance and attention

Rented a Airbnb here and the grounds are very dated, upstairs pool drained for a leak, jacuzzi on deck is cold, gym small and hot, our one bedroom is dark and falling apart and had water damage and mold, main pool downstairs paint chips in the pool and Algae, WiFi on and off, construction across the street is loud. The Airbnb host would not refund us at all and was extremely rude (Francis and Christopher) this place was not cheap at $222/night with all the fees.

Our person in charge at the condo was named Dana and was very friendly and available. The photos on the website are not recent, some furniture needed to be replaced. The bedroom mattress was very comfortable. No problem with the shower and hot water. The kitchen hood was defective, we reported it and no one came to repair it during our one-month stay. Equipped kitchen. The living room sofa is not very comfortable. Magnificent terrace, the cushions on the outdoor sofa need to be replaced (see photo). The building's pools were dirty, the staff was not very courteous. Regarding the gym, some free weights are missing, once again different from the photos on the website. LGBTQ community abstain. The complex staff speaks neither French nor English. In general, very unhelpful. Too bad for the owner of this condo. At this price, vacationing consumers expect to have an experience and unfortunately the support from the complex staff falls short. No communication from the owner during our stay. I do not recommend this place largely because of the poor management of the building.

Honestly, I didn't stay there. I didn't even ask about prices.. but you can tell it must be expensive since.. it's very beautiful and luxurious.. I don't think a local could afford to stay in a condo like this. It seems oriented towards foreign tourism..
