The reception staff is extremely friendly and attentive

The location is great and it has its own private parking, only the room we rented had a terrible mattress!! The pool on the ground floor is super nice because it doesn't get too much sun. Good attention from the reception.

The front desk girl Mary is the only reason my wife and I will never return. Unknown to her I am a Spanish speaker and while we were checking out she was making rude comments about my wife to another man who was seated on the couch area. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude. Location is ok at best its right infront of the bus terminal and also the dmv for the city so if you want to spend your vacations mornigning with 100 cars and 200 people on the street every day, pick this place. It also comes with a side of attitude. Also our unit was not cleaned , under the bed was absolutely discusting

Disappointing stay, sorry don't go there

Charged 54 dollar junk fee when booking. Forced to sign a rental agreement, upload id, and pay deposit on a crappy (multiple errors) third party website. Took more photos of passport when checking in. Concerned about identity and credit card theft. Given the wrong room, booked room with a city view but they "assign them at random at check in" and was given a dark room with view of brick instead. Was told elevator would be fixed that day but never was. We were on the fifth floor. Did not provide drinking water. Water was turned off 12 hours each day: no indoor plumbing, could not even flush toilet. There was only a hand towel in the bathroom, and two towels in the bedroom, they "don't provide towels for the pool". Would not provide additional toilet paper. No blanket provided, just a sheet on the bed. Location was good.

well-located condo, beautiful condo, very beautiful rooftop, courteous staff but the administration, which hides behind its employees, is questionable... 2 days without water at all (can't even flush the toilets, no shower, etc) 10 days without an elevator over a total stay of 35 days think about this before booking

This building is poorly managed. Expect power, water and elevator outages during your stay.

I couldn't enter my room, went to reception and they told me to message property myself. The reception is just like security for the building and they can't help you with anything. I put my stuff in safe and set the password and I can't open anymore, the guy came next day and gave me keys to use for safe during my stay. The internet is only in your room and not the whole building how it is listed. There is alot of noise of boiler in the room and you can't sleep, the person who came to help me only once during my 7 days stay told me to release the pressure of boiler... seriously, is that what I paid for. The toilet seat is broken and when you sit, it keep moving and it's a hassle, the person said that he will come and change and he never came. The worse part in this property is that there is no water pressure and you can't shower, once the water will come like boiled to burn your skin and then all cold. You can't really mix the water. And there is a lot of water blockage in shower and wash basin. They provide you only one liquid wash, as opposite to soap/bodywash/shampoo. You can't have guest over and the limit is till 9pm as the would have to leave by 9pm and that is not listed in this add. When you will arrive then they will ask you sign in a lot of terms and conditions.

Beware! The people is not on-site, the room was dirty, the shower was covered in hairs and dust or dry soap? If you want to REGRET your stay, than you should stay here.

Do not stay at Musa De Carman ! My wife and I visited from the states trying to enjoy our new years. The room we had was not clean, dead cochraches inside and the woman at reception is extremely rude and we had to wait outside for 20 mins before she showed up at her desk. We left early and we will never stay at that location again. Its not close to anything, there is no parking, dirty dishes in the cupboards and my host wasn't great either and charged us a 200$ cleaning fee USD.
