Pool is gross and seems to never be cleaned! No cleaning supplies near by either to attempt to clean. Washer and dryer always out of service. Toilets clogs because people use toilet paper. NO TOILET PAPER in TOILETS!!!! Admin is always playing a video game and don’t care to help. Security don’t even have a flash light lol

Some unprofessional airbnb hosts wasted my time! Booked a reservation for 3 days, they told me it was on the ground floor. I asked how can anyone know which unit anyone is booking and they replied by circling the title of the listing (as if people cant read or that they have the actual information that i didn't see when booking). Unprofessional attitude and disorganized and irritating approach from Chris, his assistant Lena who should have never even involved herself, not knowing how to communicate and attitude circling known visible information as if it clarifies anything. Chris had the audacity to confont my concern about the level im staying at as if staying in the basement of a 20 story building is a sought after request!
