"The apartment had everything we needed, the kitchen is fully equipped, you have your own balcony with a hammock and a beautiful small private pool, the bed is very spacious and comfortable, everything works perfectly and it's super new. We stayed 4 nights, the building is very quiet, you can't hear traffic, we were almost alone during our stay, we also took advantage of the common areas, a pool on the first level and also on the top level which has a very nice view. Gio helped us with everything, he answered our questions right away and the check-in was super quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again."

I want to share my extremely negative experience with the Ziba Tulum real estate complex. This project is a complete disaster and does not comply with any construction regulations regarding the environment. Waste from the site accumulates everywhere on the public road in front of the building, which is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility and care for the natural environment and the ecosystem. Moreover, despite having expired construction and work permits, they continue working in complete illegality throughout the night, until 3 or 4 in the morning. This prevents neighbors from sleeping and seriously affects the quality of life of those living in the area. The lack of respect shown by the administration towards the local community is alarming. This place is total chaos and the administration shows no respect for the local community, neighbors, the environment, or even its own clients. Complaints are constant and dissatisfaction is widespread. Not only are residents upset, but also those who invested hoping for a quality place and found themselves with this disaster. It is a place that should definitely be avoided by both visitors and investors. The lack of ethics and professionalism is evident in every aspect of this project. It is a true nightmare and a disgrace to the Tulum area! If you value your peace of mind, your health, and your investment, stay away from Ziba Tulum. Do not make the mistake of getting involved with this disastrous project!
