A building with very good style and welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are mainly rented for vacation purposes (like Airbnb). Generally, visitors are guests. It has good facilities for those who want to enjoy Playa del Carmen for a season. The building has sufficient security measures to feel at ease.

It is a safe place, the building is secure and the apartments are well equipped. The staff here is nice and helpful, I warmly recommend it, we love coming back here!

One of the best places to live in Playa del Carmen, next to La Ceiba holistic park, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the center. If you want to live peacefully without sacrificing location and in a deluxe apartment, this is the right place. 100% recommendable

Incredible place

The building is well designed and relaxing with beautiful trees and plants in the courtyard. There is a common workspace (AC room with several desks) with fast WiFi. Also has a nice small gym and rooftop pool. I have stayed in over 5 units over the years and most are great. Some better than others due different management and owners.

I would definitely recommend this place. It is clean and full of greenery and the staff is very polite and welcoming. The gym has the necessary dumbbells for a good workout and the rooftop pool was very cold but enough to relax. Only downside is that it’s quite a walk to the beach. We would walk two blocks to the highway and flag a taxi to bring us to 5th avenue for less then 100pesos.

Luxury apartments, they are super equipped at least in the one we stayed in, very spacious, clean, safe, without a doubt choose this place to stay

I've had the same sheets for 11 days, my towels were changed only once. There are no kettles for tea. I don't know where to put the trash. There are no balconies like in the photos. TV in the bedroom but not in the living room. The kitchen window has no curtain with the living room, you are visible from outside. The toilet, shower and bathroom are in the same room as the bedroom, lying on my bed I can see myself in the bathroom mirror, different from what I saw on Booking... Otherwise the rooftop and pool are nice. Also the gym.
