Nice apartment with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. But in the middle of nowhere. Construction sites around. No restaurants or grocery stores around. You need a car there or you are lost.

Few tips for the managers to make this a lovely place: 1) Finish the construction of the building. It is pathetic and should be illegal that this place is still under construction. Not only the property around is being built, THIS BUILDING IS NOT FINISHED! xD 2) Build something resembling a road. Currently it's difficult to get into apartments without damaging your car. 3) Repair and maintain your property. One day there was no electricity and running water. The other day we had no water for the whole evening, night and morning. No further comment needed. 4) Hire someone that speaks at least few words in English. There are 2 guys at the reception who cannot help with anything, don't know anything and will show you a message on their phones "we are only guards". The manager sometimes answers the phone, sometimes she doesn't. When there was no water, she didn't help at all. Follow these rules and one day this might be a successful place. The rooms are big, the plants and swimming pool are pleasant. To anyone else reading this - come check this place in 2025 or 2026, it has potential. But currently please avoid for your own good.
