1 Bedroom Apartment in La Veleta, Tulum

Good afternoon, I am writing to all my friends, associates, and acquaintances in my various WhatsApp groups in an attempt to spread the word and market the three condos that I have available for rent in Tulum. We all know that the rental market is very depressed with a much greater amount of available units than potential tenants. To this end, I have significantly dropped my prices and would take any reasonable offers. I have a very nice one bedroom one and a half bath unit in a small boutique building very close to Holistika in La Veleta. There's a very nice rooftop pool and the unit has two very large terraces, one in the back and one in the front. It is of course fully furnished. I had it rented for one year at 14,000 pesos a month and my tenants have recently left. I would consider taking even 8,000 pesos a month if anyone is interested. I then also have two studio apartments in another building, again very close to Holistika. Both these units are on the ground floor, so there are no stairs required, and there is a beautiful pool, a small gym, parking, and a private locked storage unit to put things in that you wouldn't use all the time. One studio has its own private outdoor/garden space with a barbecue grill and a private jacuzzi. The other unit, also on the same floor in the same building, is exactly the same but does not have private outdoor space. I am looking for long-term renters, at least six months. My goal is just to get people in these units and I'm willing to be competitive in terms of my pricing.
