1 Bedroom Apartment at Mayalun 58 - Near Beach

I stayed in Rolando and Rudy's apartment for a week. It is a very welcoming place to enjoy a peaceful vacation close to the beach and shopping. The pool is magnificent! With a beautiful view. Very clean bedroom, cozy, organized with attention to detail. The host Rolando is always attentive and kind for any requested information, available 24 hours to assist me. The area feels very safe. The place is close to 5th Avenue with restaurants and places to enjoy. I will return very soon.

Private apartment with pool access

Location is good, it is 5 minutes from 5th Avenue and the beach, and also close to Chedraui Selecto. On the corner there is a path specially designed for running or exercising, with benches. I like that it is a quiet area. The rooftop pool is excellent, such a beautiful view! I recommend it 👍

Excellent place, clean, good location and quiet

It's a very special place!! I will only say that it's one of my favorites!! And I know almost all of them in Playa del Carmen.

Rented this spot for a short one week a stay. Individual condos offered through various services. Ours booked through AirBnB. Very secure with code access or guard standing by most of the time. Area is within a local neighborhood, people seem friendly enough. Very close to walk to the beach 5-10 minutes and walk to 5th Avenue, also 5-10 minutes and access 30th and 10th streets for local fare and street food. Condo was compact with basic but bare essentials, coffee pot, sofa (with stains), hard bed, tv offering Spanish stations only. The WiFi was sufficient. We had difficulty accessing the condo for about 10 minutes. The bed was extremely firm. Only 1 set of bath towels - one wash cloth and one towel offered for the week stay. The rooftop is nice. Some chairs. Small pool. Compact but offers a nice view. The elevator is small and slow but it is operational. I would consider staying here again but in another condo that offered more in condo amenities simply because of the location and a nicer bed. The one bedroom did provide what I needed last minute during the Christmas holiday - a place to sleep. I hope you found this review helpful. If so, give me a thumbs up.

Very close to centre, beautifull view from Rooftop, swimming pool is nice!

Studios with a balcony are decent. The others only have a small window overlooking the hallway, no ventilation, depressing for spending a vacation.
