Studio Apartment in Downtown Playa del Carmen

Hello, good afternoon 😊 I am looking for a studio-type apartment for a couple. In recent years they have always stayed in the area between Calle 16 Constituyentes up to around 54, now they are looking in the same area, 16 to a maximum of 60, and between 5th Beach and 20-25, more or less. They have already ventured out to the city, liltown, the boat, and playacar. So we want something around there again. The budget would be between 20,000 and 30,000 pesos per month, depending on the place and amenities. It could also be more if it suits them. If there is a gym, that would be an extra bonus.
