Room with Private Bathroom in Condesa Area

Hi! I'm looking to rent a room with a private bathroom in La Condesa, Escandón, Roma Sur, Roma Norte, or nearby areas, and I'm totally fine with having roommates. My budget is 10,000 MXN, and I'd love to move in as soon as possible. I'm looking for something long-term, ideally 7 months or more, and possibly for a few years if the place feels right.
