Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to share our pet-friendly apartment in Condesa starting January 1st. Rent is 13,000 MXN with services included. The room and apartment are fully furnished and come with all appliances, including a washing machine and dryer. The room includes a closet. The bathroom is shared with one person only. Please note there is no parking available. The apartment is located on Calle Benjamín Hill in Condesa and is pet friendly for well-behaved pets. A minimum stay of six months is required.
