Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to share our pet-friendly apartment in Condesa starting January 1st. Rent is 13,000 MXN with services included. The room and apartment are fully furnished and come with all appliances, including a washing machine and dryer. The room includes a closet. The bathroom is shared. Please note there is no parking available. The apartment is located on Calle Benjamín Hill in Condesa and is pet friendly for well-behaved pets. A minimum stay of six months is required.
