Room for rent is a lock off room that has a mini fridge and individual cup coffee maker. 3rd bedroom is for visiting guests. If you have someone coming to visit just let me know so that it doesn't conflict with anyone I may have visiting. Building has 24 hour security, large community pool and gym. I have a small dog so you must love dogs. I will consider pets depending on size. Utilities not included. No security deposit required.
