Apartment in Roma Norte, Roma Sur, or Condesa

I am looking for an apartment to rent from January 22 - end of February (or the month of February). Ideally looking for Roma Norte, Roma sur, San Miguel Chapultepec, or condesa. I have a dog and also need parking for my car. I am hoping to pay under 20,000 Mexican pesos per month :)
