Looking for Property in Playa del Carmen

Hi! My name is David, and I'm looking to move closer to downtown, but everything I've found for one person either feels too small or is out of my budget. The most realistic option I see right now is finding a place to share with a roommate. I've been looking at properties ranging from 15k to 19k pesos a month. I've been living in my current place for four years. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and I've always shared it with roommates with great success. Lately, though, I've had a hard time finding someone new, so I'm thinking this might be a good opportunity to make a change and move closer to the beach.
