Property in Playa del Carmen

Hi! My name is David, I'm looking to move closer to downtown but everything I see for 1 person seems too small or outside my budget. The most viable option I see now is to get a shared property with a roommate. I've seen properties between 15,000 and 19,000 pesos. Where I currently live I've been for 4 years, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms: I've always shared it with roommates very successfully but now I've had trouble finding someone and I'm thinking about taking the opportunity to make a change to be closer to the beach. Is anyone interested in collaborating on something like this? Photo so I'm not ignored.
