Looking for Apartment in Mexico City

Hello, Good morning. We are looking for an apartment to rent from October 30th to February 28th, as the owner has sold the apartment we currently live in and we need to move. It can be furnished or unfurnished. We are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment that accepts small pets (we have a yorkshire), with a maximum budget of 20,000 pesos per month. Ideally, we would like to find something in San Rafael or Santa María la Ribera, or in nearby areas. I know that most rental contracts are for one year, but I wanted to ask if it is possible to rent it from October 30th to February 28th. Thank you very much for your help. 😊
