Looking for Property in Mexico City

Hi, I'm looking for a place with the following features: Budget: 20,000–40,000 per month. If it's 40,000, it would have to be an amazing place. Location: La Condesa near the park, but it's okay if it's farther away as long as the apartment is worth it—west or southwest of the park. I like big windows with a view of trees or plants, like you see all over La Condesa. A medium or large terrace would be great, but it's not a must. Fast internet is a must (TotalPlay or something good for gaming). Right now I have 800 Mbps TotalPlay—insanely fast. I'm into the brutalist style, especially the loft type (exposed concrete, a desk overlooking the living room, that kind of vibe). I've struggled with showers without hot water. I'd prefer it to have good hot water. I prefer bathrooms where the toilet isn't right up against the wall—in my current one, I feel claustrophobic, haha. I'm open to buildings with amenities, but they aren't necessary if the location is good.
