2+ Bedroom Property in Playa del Carmen

I'm looking for a property with 2+ bedrooms, preferably outside Downtown, in a nice and safe private community, up to $12,000 MXN/month. Must accept 1 dog and have parking. Send me a DM if you have anything available. Thanks!
